Let judges do their jobs and make sure that justice, rehabilitation and public safety, is served.

Every year thousands of children are incarcerated as a result of a system biased by Direct File. Kids aren’t mature enough to make adult decisions in the heat of the moment. That’s why we don’t let people under 18 vote, sign contracts, or drive without restrictions. What kind of message do we send kids when they stand in front of the flag every morning and recite the words, “and justice for all” when we cannot guarantee their rights under the law? Getting involved to help Stop Direct File is your chance to make sure that justice is served for everyone regardless of race, creed, color or age.
